"Lamb of God is releasing The Duke, a five-song EP whose titular track was inspired by Wayne Ford, a Lamb of God fan who lost his battle with leukemia. Ford originally got to meet singer Randy Blythe after a Lamb of God show in Phoenix several years ago, and Blythe reconnected with Ford a few years later after it became evident that Ford was not going to survive. Ford was named after actor John Wayne, aka “the Duke,” hence the song/EP title."-Christa Titus
